How do I set the chimes on a Grandfather clock?
We inherited a grandfather clock. It has not been running for several years. We wound it up and it keeps time just fine, but the chimes are off by an hour (ex: when it is one o’clock it chimes 12 times). How can I fix this myself? Thanks!
How to set grandfather clock chime?
Everything works ok except that grandfather clock – 1920’s – 2 weights – chimes on the hour and 1/2 hour – chimes 15 minutes late.
