Is it an antique? if it is you can open the clock face and move the minute and hour hand to the position for which it is ringing, but don’t pause on the 12 just go past it quick. If you feel you might break it go to a clock shop and they will do ask them if you could watch in case you forget to wind it one day at least you will know how to do it.

we had one that did that….just turn your hands back while holding the chime things still
probably some sort of key you put into the clock and wind according to the time. try looking in the manual if you have it.
You probably need to adjust the hour hand. at 6 does it chime 9 times? My guess is that the hour hand is off by 90 degrees.
ok
Depending on what tipe of Clock is it, you may have to access the clock hands and adjuste it manually to match the # of Bells. Crude but it may work!
