Google grandfather clock repair or try the yellow pages. There are guys around that do this work. I saw a truck today on the Denver freeway of a guy who does this.
Try looking and see if there might be a build up of dust and grime. Place some towels under the chime area and then spray with some WD40. This might loosen up the chime mechanism.

Most clocks have a small lever that will unengage the chimes. Are you sure they didn’t get turned off by accident?
